Our domestically grown garlic is both organic and sustainable. Our black garlic is produced using a proprietary process that includes controlled heat and humidity in a black garlic machine to ferment and age it. The resulting product is all natural with no additives or preservatives. The month long process not only changes the color of the garlic, but also the taste and the texture. So some times black garlic is also called aged black garlic or fermented black garlic.
